India, Sept. 8 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday described legendary singer-composer Bhupen Hazarika as an emotion that lives in the heart and soul of the people of Assam, as the state marked his birth anniversary.

In a post on X, Sarma said Hazarika's timeless music and profound words continued to inspire generations.
