India, Aug. 3 -- Civic sense may be broadly understood as social ethics. It comprises inherent discipline and a sense of responsibility that citizens must possess for fellow human beings as well as their country. It unequivocally forms the foundation of national development and progress. India at present is poised to become a world leader with prominent economic growth, rapid infrastructure expansion, and an increasing global presence.
