India, Nov. 5 -- An eight year old boy accused of attacking a six-year old girl, was granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board in Panchkula, Haryana on November 04. The Board also ordered the removal of all the viral videos of the incident.

This order came after the boy's father's bail application was filed before the Juvenile Board on November 04. He stated that the boy cooperated with the investigation and had no prior record of crime. The application also stated that the boy is only 8 years old and is a student of 3rd standard. It also included statements saying if the boy stays in continued custody it would affect his education, academic progress and overall development.
