India, March 17 -- The Budget Session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly will be held from March 23 to March 25. The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at the Delhi Secretariat on Monday. According to the Cabinet's decision, the Economic Survey report will be tabled in the House on March 23. The following day, March 24, the Delhi government will present its budget.

Earlier, highly placed sources had claimed that the Delhi Government is examining the idea of introducing a Green Budget, aimed at striking a better balance between economic growth and environmental sustainability in the national capital.
