India, June 27 -- Assam Finance Minister Jayanta Mallabaruah on Tuesday said the State's economic transformation is being driven by a combination of fiscal discipline, efficient governance and the vision of making Assam a self-sufficient economy under the leadership of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
