India, May 15 -- National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, has appointed Arvind Kumar as its Director (Finance).

Before assuming the new role at NFL, Kumar held senior leadership positions in the finance functions of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Hindustan Urvarak&Rasayan Limited.

Kumar holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
