Andhra to host PanIIT Summit in Vijayawada; Rs.500-crore DeepTech fund, quantum computers expected
India, Oct. 3 -- Vijayawada will host the PanIIT Andhra Pradesh Summit 2026 on 3 October, with the State government and the global IIT alumni network expected to announce a permanent council, a Rs.500-crore DeepTech fund and five quantum computers for an Amaravati Quantum Valley.
The summit, themed "Andhra's Resilient DeepTech Decade - Anchored by PanIIT," opens tomorrow at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Kala Vedika. More than 800 delegates are expected, including over 50 corporate CEOs and CXOs, more than 100 unicorn founders and startup leaders, over 50 investors and family offices, IIT directors, academicians and policymakers from India and abroad.
