India, June 29 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to make government services more accessible, transparent and citizen-friendly, stressing the need to simplify administrative procedures and improve delivery mechanisms across departments.

Reviewing the performance of various departments at the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS) Centre at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister instructed officials to streamline service delivery and reduce complexity for citizens availing government services. He was briefed that the government has already begun simplifying procedures across 11 categories of services.
