India, May 2 -- The Andaman and Nicobar administration will attempt two Guinness World Records this weekend as part of a push to promote the islands as a global diving destination, with Lieutenant Governor DK Joshi participating in both events, officials said on Friday.
The record attempts, 'Largest Flag Unfurled Underwater' and 'Tallest Human Stack Underwater', are scheduled for May 2 and May 3, respectively, at Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island), they said.
Joshi, who also serves as the vice chairman of the Islands Development Agency, will take part in the underwater activities, they added.
