India, April 28 -- Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Sunny Joseph said on Monday that there is no internal debate in the Congress in Kerala over the chief ministerial candidate, and that the decision will be made by the AICC.

Speaking to reporters, Joseph said he was grateful that people believed there would be a Congress chief minister in the State after the election results are announced.

The Assembly election for the 140 constituencies was held on April 9, and the results will be declared on May 4.
