India, May 1 -- Billionaire Gautam Adani has announced a major internal transformation plan for the Adani Group aimed at speeding up decision-making, improving contractor partnerships, and strengthening workforce development as part of the conglomerate's long-term growth strategy.

Speaking on International Labour Day, Adani said the group will implement a "three-layer model" to reduce organisational hierarchy and accelerate execution. He stated that decisions that currently take days will be completed within hours to improve efficiency across operations.
