4 Killed, 3 injured as car rams stationary truck in UP's Rampur while en route to Jim Corbett
India, July 13 -- 4 people were killed and 3 others injured after a car carrying tourists from Delhi collided with a stationary truck in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur district while they were travelling to Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand.
The accident took place in the Tanda police station area on the Swar-Tanda road around 5 am on Saturday. Police said 12 people from Delhi were travelling in two vehicles, with seven occupants in the car that met with the accident.
The deceased have been identified as Abhishek Agnihotri (30), Kartik (24), Neeraj (24) and Gulbuddin (35). Three victims died on the spot, while Gulbuddin succumbed to injuries during treatment at a hospital.
