India, June 29 -- 3 killed and several labourers are feared trapped after an under-construction retaining wall collapsed near the Amer area on the outskirts of Jaipur on Monday, triggering a major rescue operation. Emergency response teams, including the police, fire department and disaster management personnel, rushed to the site soon after the incident was reported.

According to officials, the wall suddenly gave way while labourers were working at the construction site, leaving several people buried under the debris. Rescue personnel have deployed heavy machinery to clear the rubble as efforts continue to locate and extricate those trapped. The exact number of workers at the site has not yet been confirmed.
