India, June 16 -- A tragic road accident in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, has left several people dead and others injured after a speeding vehicle reportedly collided with multiple vehicles before running over pedestrians near a busy roadside area.

According to initial reports, the incident occurred near the Sainik School locality, where the vehicle first struck several parked two-wheelers and an autorickshaw before losing control and hitting a group of people standing near a tea stall. The impact caused multiple casualties, with emergency responders rushing the injured to nearby hospitals.
