India, June 5 -- 2 separate fire incidents triggered panic in Noida on Friday morning after a massive blaze erupted in a 12th-floor apartment of a high-rise residential tower in Sector 74, while another fire broke out at an office located on the ground floor of a building in Sector 52. Authorities confirmed that no casualties have been reported in either incident.

The first fire was reported around 8 am at IVY County Society in Sector 74. Flames and thick black smoke engulfed a flat on the 12th floor of the 28-storey building, prompting an immediate evacuation of residents. Fire department teams rushed to the spot and launched firefighting operations using the society's in-house fire safety systems along with multiple fire tenders.
