India, Sept. 8 -- Shadnagar Congress MLA Veerlapally Shankar has triggered a fresh political controversy after making inflammatory remarks against former Chief Minister and BRS president K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), stating that he wishes for KCR's death and that the state would be "better off" once it happens.
