Manila, March 12 -- The Ministry of Health-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM) received PHP9.6 million (USD167,000) worth of biomedical, laboratory, and oxygen-related equipment and supplies from the US Embassy in the Philippines on Wednesday.

In a statement Thursday, Dr. Zul Qarneyn Abas, MOH-BARMM Deputy Health Minister, said he received the donations on behalf of Health Minister Dr. Kadil Sinolinding Jr., during a program held at the MOH regional office here.

Abas conveyed sincere gratitude for the enduring partnership with the US Embassy, which consistently contributes to developing healthier, safer, and more resilient communities in BARMM.
