Manila, Sept. 11 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Friday expressed its full support for the nationwide implementation of the Unified Persons with Disabilities ID System (UPWDIS), which is intended not only to strengthen the identification process but also to promote greater inclusion and equity for persons with disabilities.
