Manila, April 16 -- Senate President Vicente Sotto III and Blue Ribbon Committee Vice Chairperson Erwin Tulfo have signed the panel's partial report on the Senate investigation into the flood control mess, with three more signatures needed to bring it to the plenary for debate.

Senate President Pro Tempore and Blue Ribbon Committee Chairperson Panfilo Lacson said Thursday that at least six senators have signed the report so far, while "at least two others" have indicated willingness to do the same.

"As of yesterday, two other colleagues also signed - Senate President Sotto as ex officio and Sen. Erwin Tulfo, BRC Vice Chairman. At least two others have indicated their willingness to sign," Lacson said.
