Manila, June 9 -- The Supreme Court (SC) has affirmed a lower court decision to grant a bus company's writ of injunction against Koronadal City's order to use a common transport terminal for efficient transfer services and to reduce traffic congestion and pollution.

In a decision released on Tuesday, the high court ruled that Koronadal City cannot stop the Yellow Bus Lines, Inc. from using its own private terminal and force it to use the City of Koronadal Integrated Transport Terminal Complex, as these would violate the company's property rights.
