Manila, Aug. 20 -- Former 1-PACMAN Party-list Rep. and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Reservist Brig. Gen. Michael "Mikee" Romero has formally relinquished his duties as Wing Commander of the Tactical Operations Wing Reserve Northern Luzon and retired from the AFP Reserve Force, effective Aug. 19.

In his letter of relinquishment of duties and retirement addressed to AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Antonio Nafarrete, Romero thanked the AFP leadership and the men and women of the Armed Forces of the Philippines with whom he had the privilege of serving.
