Manila, March 9 -- Sen. Joseph Victor "JV" Ejercito called on the Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Monday to review concerns raised by motorcycle riders regarding the implementation of regulations on aftermarket vehicle modifications.
In a letter addressed to LTO chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao, Ejercito conveyed the concerns of the motorcycle riding community, which sought clarity on existing policies governing aftermarket parts and vehicle modifications affecting riders.
