DAGUPAN CITY, June 16 -- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon is encouraging the public to report unfinished infrastructure projects.

"The participation of our fellow countrymen is important because if that doesn't come out, I won't be able to see it, we won't be able to do it quickly. There are thousands of projects in the whole Philippines, and we cannot monitor all so we need participation so we could address it immediately," he said during his inspection visit in Barangay Mayombo here on Tuesday.
