Manila, June 12 -- The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Friday urged commuters to report public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers who refuse service.

In a statement, LTFRB chair Vigor Mendoza II said he personally experienced the same when a ride-hailing driver, with vehicle bearing plate no. NHD-1729, refused to accept passengers while he was trying to check on the status of public transportation in Metro Manila on Thursday.
