Manila, Aug. 31 -- The Quezon City government is requiring public and private infrastructure projects to clean up construction debris and repair affected public facilities before their projects can be officially accepted or fully authorized.

Under Quezon City Construction Site Restoration and Cleanup Compliance Ordinance (SP-3519, S-2026), all public and private infrastructure projects must secure a Certificate of Site Restoration and Cleanup Compliance (CSRCC) before they are approved.

The ordinance is intended to reduce hazards and help prevent flooding.
