Manila, Nov. 6 -- The Quezon City government has recorded over 7,000 dengue cases and 41 related deaths from Jan. 1 to Nov. 3, even as infections dropped by 47 percent in the last two weeks, based on data from the city's Epidemiology and Surveillance Division (QCESD).

In a social media post Thursday, the city government said 108 new cases were logged on Nov. 3, bringing the total number of infections to 7,192.

"Mas mababa ng 47 percent ang bilang ng mga kaso sa nakalipas na dalawang linggo (Oct. 21-Nov. 03, 2026). Mula sa 600 kaso na naitala noong Oktubre 7-20, bumaba ito sa 316 kaso noong October 21-November 3.
