Manila, Sept. 22 -- Thirty-two families living in flood-prone areas of Oton, Iloilo, will be relocated to resilient homes under the provincial government's Purok Resilience Program, which broke ground on its second housing project Tuesday in Barangay Botong.

"The Purok Resilience Program is a socialized and localized housing program, and likewise a climate change response that shall relocate residents exposed to natural and other related hazards," Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. said in a message.
