Manila, May 4 -- The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on Monday announced that all Negative Certification of Birth documents will be valid for only six months from the date of issuance.
A Negative Certification of Birth certifies that no birth record exists in the Civil Registry System (CRS) database as of the date of issuance. It is commonly required for the processing of delayed birth registration and other civil registry transactions.
