Prosecution focused on airtight case, not vote counting - spox
Manila, July 8 -- House prosecution legal spokesperson lawyer Jay Tolosa said Wednesday the prosecution is not focused on vote counting or on making the 16-vote conviction threshold its immediate priority, stressing that its task is to prove the Articles of Impeachment through evidence.
At a press briefing at the Senate, Tolosa was asked about Presiding Officer Sen. Francis "Chiz" Escudero's confirmation that the impeachment court's ruling is that 16 votes are needed to convict Vice President Sara Duterte.
