LEGAZPI CITY, Oct. 14 -- Police arrested a 39-year-old chicken vendor tagged as a high-value individual (HVI) and seized from him 315 grams of suspected shabu valued at more than PHP2 million during a buy-bust operation in Basud, Camarines Norte, the police reported Saturday.

Police Regional Office (PRO) - Bicol Director Brig. Gen. Randy Glenn Silvio identified the suspect as "Boy," who was arrested in Barangay Poblacion 2 on Friday.

Police recovered from the suspect 18 heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP2.14 million.
