Manila, Sept. 27 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) is targeting a 100-percent efficiency rate in handling emergency calls through the Unified 911 Hotline, as it seeks to further improve response time and service delivery to the public.

The Unified 911 system recorded a 96.15 percent efficiency rate from January to August, prompting the PNP to pursue further improvements in line under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
