PNB, UnionBank given until Sept. 17 for subpoenaed records
Manila, Sept. 14 -- Philippine National Bank (PNB) and UnionBank of the Philippines have until Thursday to complete their submission of subpoenaed records in the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Z. Duterte, the Senate impeachment court ordered Monday.
Presiding Officer Senator Francis Escudero said the court partially granted the banks' requests for more time but made clear that no further extension would be allowed.
"PNB and Union Bank are directed to submit the remaining documents on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, with the reminder that this period is non-extendible," Escudero said.
