Manila, Sept. 7 -- Defending champion PLDT spoiled Creamline's bid to return to the Finals with a stunning 25-17, 23-25, 21-25, 25-23, 15-12 victory Sunday night at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The victory also sent Nxled to the championship round against Thailand's EST Cola. EST Cola defeated Ho Chi Minh, 25-19, 26-24, 26-24, to finish atop the standings at 4-1 and secure the first Finals berth.

PLDT, Creamline and Nxled all finished 3-2, but the Chameleons secured the second Finals berth with 10 FIVB tiebreak points.

The Cool Smashers finished third with nine points, while the High Speed Hitters were fourth with eight.

EST Cola and Nxled will meet in the one-game championship at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Araneta Coliseum.
