Manila, March 31 -- Most parts of the country will have fair weather Tuesday, the weather bureau said.

Isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are also likely, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added.

Light to moderate wind and slight to moderate seas still prevail across the archipelago.

Both the ridge of high pressure area, and the easterlies are the prevailing weather systems during the Holy Week.

The public is advised to avoid outdoor activities between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., drink water and avoid alcohol and caffeine, wear light-colored clothes, use sun protection and take breaks in shaded areas.

These would help them avoid fatigue, heat cramps, and heat exhaustion, PAGASA said....
