Manila, June 9 -- The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will offer two prime commercial lots and other Luzon properties through an electronic public bidding on July 8 and 9.

In a statement Tuesday, PDIC said submission of bids will be from 9 a.m. on July 8 until 1 p.m. on July 9. Bids will be opened at 2 p.m. on July 9.

Up for sale are prime commercial properties located in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro and City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

PDIC said both properties were previously used as bank premises with a minimum disposal prices of PHP3 million and PHP6.9 million, respectively.
