Manila, Oct. 19 -- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) seized PHP415.63 million worth of illegal drugs and arrested 126 suspects in 81 nationwide operations from Oct. 8 to 14.

In a news release Sunday, the PDEA said the operations included buy-busts, interdiction activities, marijuana eradication, search and seizure operations, and the implementation of search warrants.

Of those arrested, 74 were alleged drug pushers, 24 drug den visitors or clients, 10 drug den maintainers or owners, nine drug den employees, seven drug possessors and two drug importers.

They will face charges under Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
