Manila, March 20 -- The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Friday turned over 12 mechanical ventilators to five government hospitals in Bohol, expanding critical care capacity and improving access to life-saving treatment in the province.
In a news release, the PCSO said the ventilators were delivered to Garcia Memorial Provincial Hospital in Talibon, Teodoro Galagar District Hospital in Jagna, Congressman Simeon Toribio Memorial Hospital in Carmen, Catigbian District Hospital, and Francisco Dagohoy Memorial Hospital in Inabanga.
Garcia Memorial Provincial Hospital received six units, while Teodoro Galagar District Hospital got three. The remaining three hospitals received one unit each.
