Passengers urged to adjust due to GenSan airport ops constraints
Manila, June 15 -- As commercial operations resume at the General Santos International Airport on Monday, June 15, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) advised its passengers to arrive earlier due to operational constraints.
In an advisory, PAL cited the airport's limited terminal capacity and reduced check-in counter availability.
Passengers are advised to plan for adequate time for check-in and boarding procedures, but are also requested not to arrive earlier than four hours prior to departure "as the terminal can accommodate only a limited number of passengers."
PAL, meanwhile, clarified that its Mabuhay Lounge remains temporarily closed due to ongoing repairs following the earthquake-related damage.
