Pangasinan LGUs get laptops for unified PWD ID registration
Manila, Sept. 15 -- The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) has distributed 30 laptops to the provincial government of Pangasinan and its 48 local government units for the processing of the unified persons with disabilities (PWD) identification cards.
In an interview on Tuesday, Pangasinan Persons with Disability Affairs Officer Jennifer Garcia said this is in addition to the desktop computers already provided by the national government in previous years.
"We are grateful for this additional equipment that would help reach the PWDs in the province," she said.
