Manila, Oct. 19 -- More than 80 private developers are offering 50,000 housing units at the second National Housing Expo 2026, expanding homeownership options under the government's Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

The two-day expo, organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund, is part of the 2026 National Shelter Month celebration.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said Monday the housing sector is growing, with monthly averages of applications and licenses to sell indicating that 2026 is on track to record the highest number of housing units issued licenses to sell since 2022.
