Manila, July 3 -- Enduring peace can be built through meaningful dialogue, mutual trust and genuine partnership, Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento said on Friday.

The country will observe the 15th anniversary of the signing of the 2011 memorandum of agreement between the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the Cordillera Bodong Administration-Cordillera People's Liberation Army (CBA-CPLA) on July 4.

The pact is known as the 2011 GPH-CBA-CPLA's Memorandum of Agreement Towards the CPLA's Final Disposition of Arms and Its Transformation into a Potent Socio-Economic Unarmed Force.
