MANILA, June 1 -- An OCTA Research survey conducted from April 20 to 24, 2026 found that 74 percent of adult Filipinos support proceeding with the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, up from 69 percent in March.

The previous survey was done from March 19 to 25, and also asked 1,200 respondents the question: "Do you think Vice President Sara Duterte should face trial in the Senate or an impeachment court to address the allegations against her or not?"

On Monday, the OCTA Research said only 21 percent of respondents in the recent survey answered "no" while 4 percent answered, "don't know".

"This survey has a margin of error of 3 % at a 95% confidence level," it said in a report.
