Manila, March 14 -- The northeast monsoon will continue to bring light rains over several parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Dinagat Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Strong winds and rough seas will prevail over Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and the Visayas.
