New NCRPO chief vows 'fast and felt' police service
Manila, Aug. 23 -- Newly appointed National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Officer-in-Charge Brig. Gen. Christopher Abrahano assumed leadership on Sunday with a strict directive for increased visibility and immediate emergency response in Metro Manila.
Abrahano said the NCRPO will enforce proactive anti-crime measures to deliver law enforcement services that are fast and felt by the public.
"Our commitment is simple: Every beat covered, every call answered," Abrahano said in his speech during the change of command ceremony at the NCRPO headquarters at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City.
