Memorial for S. Korean bizman renews institutional integrity - PNP
Manila, July 9 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) said the memorial marker for slain South Korean businessman Jee Ick Joo inside Camp Crame will stand as a lasting reminder of the organization's commitment to institutional integrity while honoring the memory of a victim whose death exposed one of the darkest chapters in the history of the police force.
This is in line with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., through the guidance of Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, to strengthen professionalism, accountability, and public trust in law enforcement.
