Manila, Feb. 24 -- The Manila Cathedral will open to the public on Wednesday the crypt where former Manila archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin lies, as part of the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power revolution.
In a social media post Tuesday, the Cathedral said the opening of the final resting place of the former head of the Archdiocese of Manila is to provide an opportunity for those who may want to pay their respects to the cardinal, who is recognized as one of the main personalities in the 1986 peaceful uprising.
