Manila, April 8 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) reported on Wednesday the resolution of several viral cases of road rage and traffic violations, with some motorists meted out penalties ranging from license suspensions to perpetual revocations.
In a statement, LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao, said the cases were resolved by the LTO Intelligence and Investigation Division and aligned with the administration's "7-point framework agenda" with an emphasis on strict enforcement and road discipline.
"The LTO will not tolerate dangerous driving. Our swift resolution of these January cases shows our unwavering commitment to accountability. A driver's license is a privilege; we will revoke it from those who endanger lives....
