Manila, July 20 -- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Monday said the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) is temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue, the second such outage in less than a week.

The LTO said it is taking the necessary steps to restore normal system operations as soon as possible.
