LTFRB-10 launches 'mystery rider' program vs colorum PUVs
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Aug. 7 -- The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board in Northern Mindanao (LTFRB-10) on Friday launched a "mystery rider" initiative to report unregistered public utility vehicles.
In an interview, LTFRB-10 Director Alexes Joseph Bendijo said the program will deputize other PUV drivers and individuals to report verified information on the operation of "colorum" vehicles.
"Informants whose information leads to successful enforcement actions will receive a cash reward as an incentive," he said.
