Manila, July 8 -- The Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) have forged a strategic partnership designed to transition technical skills into resilient livelihood enterprises.

Landbank, in a news release Wednesday, said Landbank President and Chief Executive Officer Ma. Lynette Ortiz and TESDA Secretary Jose Francisco Benitez formalized the collaboration through a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to launch the TESDA-Landbank Skills Training and Credit Access Partnership Program.
